With more than 20 years of clinical nursing, leadership and consultancy experience, Registered Nurse Rachael Anderson founded Australian Community Nursing to deliver specialist, evidence-based nursing care that places quality, compassion and clinical excellence at the centre of every service
Recognised nationally for her expertise in Parkinson’s disease and advanced neurological care, Rachael has led innovative models of care, mentored healthcare professionals, published in peer-reviewed nursing literature and worked collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and access to specialist nursing services.
Her contribution to nursing practice also includes involvement in national professional committees and recognition as the 2025 Sunshine Coast Health Nurse of the Year.
Today, Rachael provides the clinical leadership and oversight that underpins every Australian Community Nursing service, ensuring compassionate, evidence-based care is delivered to the highest professional standards.
